Maya Topiwala is currently working for the Democratic Governors Association. In the past, she has worked in the marketing department for two book organizations, a social impact nonprofit called BookTalk and a start-up for social reading called Fable. Maya recommends her favorite books on various social media channels, including Instagram (@mnmbooks) and TikTok (@maya.reads). In her spare time, she teaches swim lessons.
